“We are very happy with what the activities in Mendoza and San Juan were, and with what is to come. Regarding this new work format, where we not only seek to get much closer to the different regions of the country in terms of preparing a team, but we also go with the objective of meeting more players. To closely follow many that we already knew and always working in harmony with the managers of the academies and the directors of provincial centers ”, he said Jose Pellicena.

On the other hand, Andres Bordoy He said: “The objective of this trip was twofold, since we also traveled with the M20 staff, with José Pellicena and Enrique Pichot. We started the day with a concentration of first and second lines that allowed us to observe boys from an early age, so that in the future they can join the Academy. The boys from the West and players who recommended the references from here in the region participated, understanding the profiles suggested by us. The boys were very well predisposed, we got to know them well, since that was the main objective ”.

“In the afternoon we played two games, where there were boys from litters 2003, 2004 and 2005, and they helped us to find out what physical situation they were in. There were players we hadn’t seen for a year and a half. Then we continue with the second meeting, which was with the 2001-2002 category, where several had been in an M18 in 2019, and which were in view of the M20 staff. We were pleasantly surprised by the intensity and rhythm of the game that they were able to capture. It was the first concentration of the year that we do with matches and we leave with very good feelings. It was very positive. Today in San Juan we repeat the same methodology, that is, keep getting to know the boys and finish with two games ”, the national scrum coach closed.
