Brian Ocampo was an exclusive figure in the great victory of National versus Rentistas in the first final of the Uruguayan Championship, disputed in the Great Central Park.
At 6 minutes, the winger put a precise delivery from the right that fell in the area so that Gonzalo Bergessio put the 1 to 0 after winning the position to Malrrechauffe.
A few minutes later, Ocampo himself left his marker on the road with an electrifying run on the left. The play almost ended with the ball in the back of the net, but Irrazabal managed to cut the center to the 7 area when Bergessio entered only through the middle.
At 28 minutes, a new corner kick by Ocampo ended with Bergessio’s head butt to the floor which set the 2 to 0.
But that would not be all since at 65 ‘ it was 3 to 0 with a corner very well executed by the winger, which Laborda connected from above to liquidate the match.
To his usual runs, dribbles and physical display, Brian Ocampo dressed as an assistant and was a key piece in the tri-color win.
