World Cup fever: 350 thousand tickets were sold in five hours for France 2023

Two and a half years before Rugby World Cup France 2023, the enthusiasm of the fans is evident. 350 thousand are sold out tickets that were put up for sale on Tuesday, in a span of five hours.

For fans who were unable to obtain tickets, the France 2023 organizing committee reports that new products and tickets for the knockout phases will be available to the general public in fall 2021.

The Pumas will make their debut against England at the Stade Velodrome in Marseille, on September 9, 2023. In their second presentation, the Pumas will face the winner of the Oceania tie on Friday 22, at the Stade Geoffroy Guichard in Saint-Étienne; the rival will be Tonga or Samoa.

Eight days later, on Saturday 30, they will move to Nantes to face the second of the American tie, which will surely be settled between the United States, Uruguay or Canada, at the Stade de la Beaujoire. Finally, the closing of the group and possibly with the qualification to the quarterfinals at stake, they will face Japan, also in Nantes.
