Originally the Polish Maciej sulecki He was scheduled to face the Tijuana native, but due to an injury he had to change his rival and date. The contest was scheduled for Saturday, April 24.
Ballard, a 28-year-old boxer with a 20-0-1 (13 KO’s) record, last fought in December 2019 against Yamaguchi Falcao for the middleweight belt of the NABF and the judges saw a tie for cards of 95-95, 95-95 and 97-93 in favor of D’Mitrius.
