Federico Delbonis (84 °) fought for more than two hours to win the match before Dusan Lajovic (37th) at the Serbia Open, ATP 250 that is played in Belgrade and has Novak Djokovic as the main figure. The Argentine triumphed by 6-3, 2-6 and 6-4 against the Serbian and got among the eight best of the contest.

During the first set the Argentine took the initiative and quickly went 3-0 up. Then, although Lajovic he pressed with his game and got to 4-3 breaking the serve to the Argentine, Delbonis he broke in the next game and closed the set with his serve to take it 6-3.

In the second heat, which lasted only 37 minutes, the Serbian swept. It was a set with points and very short games where he also made good use of the break points he had in his favor and thus forced the third set against the Argentine.
