However, this would be in vain, as the Spanish media suggest that the 2022 race would not take place and that the new Miami circuit would take its place.

The agreement between Spain and Formula 1 ends this season, so all cannons point to the fact that the race that takes place in Barcelona is the one that will leave the calendar in 2022.
