Super Rugby Australia: Kuridrani suspended for three weeks

Tevita Kuridrani was suspended for three weeks by the SANZAAR disciplinary committee, after conducting a review on the action of a dangerous tackle that resulted in a yellow card for the Force player, in last Friday’s game against Reds.

Kuridrani was booked in the first minute of play for an improper tackle on Hunter Paisami. The play was reviewed by referee Damon Murphy, who considered that it was not an expulsion action.

After knowing the sanction, Kuridrani was ruled out to dispute the semifinal of the Super Rugby AU before Brumbies, which will take place next Saturday in Canberra.
