The German Kai Havertz, who with his goal gave Chelsea the victory in the final of the Champions League against Manchester City, said he does not give a “shit” what their signing cost in summer because they are champions.
“I don’t know what to say. We just want to celebrate,” the German told BT Sport, before the Spanish César Azpilicueta appeared in the middle of the interview to celebrate the victory with the German.
“I have waited a long time. I want to thank my family, my mother, my father, my sister, my grandmother, my girlfriend … I have waited my whole life for this moment,” he said.
When asked about the 70 million it cost in the summer, Havertz said he doesn’t give a “shit”, because they are ‘Champions’ champions.
