Novak Djokovic does not stop breaking records. The Serbian recovered from Stefanos Tsitsipas, won the 2021 edition of Roland Garros and added a new milestone to his long career: he became the first tennis player in the Open Era to win at least twice every Grand Slam. He had already achieved every Masters 1000 twice.
His first Major was obtained at the Australian Open in 2008 and he obtained the second three years later.. Then he would win seven more to reach nine in the first Grande of the season.
In 2011, in addition, he won his first title at Wimbledon and repeated it, again, three years later. In 2015, 2018 and 2019 he won the rest to complete the five on grass.
Without a doubt, 2011 was an extraordinary year for the Serbian: he also won his first US Open. He had to wait four years to get the second and, in 2018, he reached the third and last in the United States.
Roland Garros was the outstanding debt. In 2016 he had consecrated himself for the first and only time after beating Andy Murray 3-6, 6-1, 6-2 and 6-4 in an epic final. Five years later, and confirming his leadership in the circuit, he won his second.
In this way, Nole continues with a formidable 2021 in which he also won the Australian Open and is still in the race to become the four Major in the season.
