Argentina will face Colombia for the semifinals of the Copa América in Brazil tonight and DT Lionel Scaloni has not yet confirmed the starting team, however something can be inferred from what was shown in the last training session and from the words of the Argentine coach in the conference press release this Monday.
The team that Scaloni tested to face Colombia was: Emiliano Martínez; Nahuel Molina, Germán Pezzella, Nicolás Otamendi, Nicolás Tagliafico; Rodrigo De Paul, Leandro Paredes or Guido Rodríguez, Giovani Lo Celso; Lionel Messi, Lautaro Martínez and Nicolás González.
According to Diego Monroig in his report for Sportscenter, Cuti Romero did not substantially improve from his injury, which would keep Pezzela in the starting team. Another appreciation of Monroig is that Tagliafico will be the left winger and that the only doubt is whether Leandro Paredes or Guido Rodríguez plays in the middle of the field.
The game will be played at the Mané Garrincha stadium in Brasilia, starting at 10:00 p.m. in Argentina.
