The captain of the British & Irish Lions, Alun wyn jones he had dislocated his shoulder in the friendly before Japan and seemed out of the whole tour by South Africa.
The great Welsh second row team made a record recovery and will join the British-Irish team in South Africa.
Jones conducted a training session and further evaluation at the Wales Training Center and it was decided that he is fit to join the team led by Warren Gatland.
“We are delighted to welcome Alun Wyn back,” said Gatland. “It will come as no surprise to anyone who knows him that since he injured his shoulder against Japan, he has done everything he can to recover.”
“He has been training with Wales since last week and he performed well yesterday. After the evaluation of the medical staff this morning, we are satisfied that he is able to return, “concluded Gatland.
