The 22-year-old Uruguayan sailor accepted that she could not achieve her goal, but stressed that she will take her performance as an apprenticeship aiming at Paris 2024.
For Moreira, they were his second Olympic Games, being able to improve in three places the position he had obtained in Rio 2016. However, he did not reach the top 15, the goal set by the Uruguayan delegation in sailing.
