Julio Buffarini signed for two seasons with Huesca

Right-back Julio Buffarini (Córdoba, Argentina, 1988), who arrives as a free player, has committed to SD Huesca for the next two seasons and becomes the fifth signing of the Alto Aragonese entity for the 2021/2022 season.

The Argentine, international with the Albiceleste team on several occasions, will contribute his hierarchy to the Barça team and his usual dedication and sacrifice during the game.

Buffarini began his career as a footballer in his home country, playing in Talleres, CA Tucumán and Ferro Carril Oeste. His great season in the latter, aroused the interest of great teams in Argentina and in 2012 he signed for San Lorenzo de Almagro, a team with which he won the Copa Libertadores in 2014.

After a brief stint in Brazil to play for Sao Paulo, he returned to his native country to play for Boca Juniors, a club where he played for three and a half years, with four titles: Argentine Super League 2017-18 and 2019-20, Argentine Super Cup 2018 and Professional League Cup 2020.

The experienced winger has also defended the colors of the Argentine National Team between 2012 and 2017.

Now, he comes to El Alcoraz to provide his claw and a good shot of the ball. A level reinforcement for the right side of the Barça team.
