Rosa Maria Guerrero got the second medal for Mexico at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, and is that Guerrero finished in the third position in Women’s Discus Throw F55.
Guerrero logged 24.11 meters to clinch the medal, while Belén Montserrat Sánchez, the other Mexican in the competition, finished in seventh place with 21.32 m.
The winner of the Gold Medal was the Chinese Dong Feixia, who registered a distance of 26.64 meters. For her part, Latvian Diana Dadzite took Silver after reaching 25.02 m. However, in this way, the second metal was obtained so far in the summer fair.
