Camilo Ugo Carabelli scored two victories in the same day and got into no less than his first final at Challenger level, in Warsaw.
The Argentine played brilliantly against a player better placed than him and with more experience in the quarterfinals such as Nicolás Jarry and took it out with a double 6-2.
Hours later he did it against the Spanish Javier Barranco Cosano 3-6, 6-4, 7-6 (0) with a perfect final tiebreak and tomorrow he will seek his debut title against Nino Serdarusic, from Croatia. It is already Top 270.
In this way, Argentina is consolidated as the country with the most finalists in Challengers and adds a new name to the list: (Sebastián Báez x4, Federico Coria x3, Francisco Cerúndolo x2, Marco Trungelliti, Pedro Cachin, Renzo Olivo, Juan Manuel Cerúndolo, Guido Andreozzi, Facundo Bagnis x2, Tomás Etcheverry x3, Nicolás Kicker, Thiago Tirante and now Ugo Carabelli).
