Athletics: Alexis Chávez added a new bronze for Argentina at the Paralympic Games

Alexis Chavez, a 19-year-old young Argentine, won the bronze medal in the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games after finishing in third place in the 100 meters T36 with a time of 12.02.

The Parchment native culminated behind Deng Peicheng (China), who reached a time of 11.85 and James turner (Australia), just two thousandths above Chávez, with a time of 12.00 seconds.

The athlete added the eighth medal for the national delegation and the fifth for athletics, in addition to being visibly happy after the achievement.
