With the return of Pedemonte, Argentina XV announced the squad to face Chile and Uruguay

Argentina XV will travel to chili already Uruguay on September 15 and 19 to face the local teams in two friendlies. The most resonant novelty in the Argentine national team is the return of Juan Bautista Pedemonte, after a long injury.

The Argentine national team, who on this occasion will train Enrique Pichot assisted by Julio García and Andrés Bordoy, will play two friendly matches, starting next Wednesday, September 15, against Chile at the San Carlos de Apoquindo stadium in Santiago, and then travel to Montevideo, where They will meet Uruguay on Sunday 19 at the Charrúa Stadium.

Both matches were organized within the framework of the preparation of Los Teros and Los Cóndores for the qualifying matches for the France 2023 World Cup, awaiting the result of the second leg between Canada and the United States to meet each of their rivals.

Enrique Pichot assured: “The team was armed with all the boys from all the Academies in the country who did not travel with Los Pumas and following the guidelines and the same spirit established by ‘Nacho’ Fernández Lobbe”.

“Today playing serves the entire region and us, a lot, because just the fact of an international competition gives the boys a shot to be active, compete and be able to show everything that has been done,” Pichot concluded.
