SAN FRANCISCO – SAN FRANCISCO (AP) – Puerto Rican Eddie Rosario became the second Atlanta player in a month to achieve the cycle, Max Fried worked seven scoreless innings and the Braves beat the Giants 3-0 on Sunday. San Francisco, in a game between divisional leaders.

Freddie Freeman had been the previous Braves player to get the cycle: on August 18 at the Braves’ visit to Miami.
Fried (12-7) allowed only three hits, struck out five and walked. The left-hander has given up three earned runs or fewer in 10 consecutive starts, with Atlanta going 8-2.
Fried and Giants starter Anthony DeSclafani (12-7) held 0-0 on the scoreboard for six innings.
For the Braves, Curaçao Ozzie Albies 4-1. Puerto Rican Eddie Rosario 4-4, one scored, one produced. Cuban Jorge Soler 1-1.
For the Giants, the Venezuelan Wilmer Flores 3-1. The Colombian Donovan Solano 2-1.
