Jaime Munguía will make his second fight of 2021 against the Puerto Rican Gabriel Rosado next November 13, on DAZN.
“The battle begins,” the company tweeted on Wednesday to announce the combat that has not yet defined a venue.

Just over a month ago, Pinkish He said they were in negotiations to close the fight with the Tijuana native.
“We have to do this fight, we are going to give people what they are asking for,” he commented last August. “People are asking for it and we have to close it.”
Munguía He responded to the call on the same social network where he said he was interested in the fight with Pinkish.
Both shared the billboard on June 19, at the Don Haskins Center, from El Paso, Texas, where they sealed a pair of knockout wins over their opponents.
Munguía beat the Polish Kamil Szeremeta in the sixth episode, while Pinkish managed to return to Bektemir Melikuziev, after falling in the first round to take the win on the fast track in the third.
On said billboard Munguía fought in the middle and Pinkish in the super middleweight, so the Puerto Rican will go down the division again for his new fight.
In the post-fight interview, Pinkish mentioned that he would like to face the native of Tijuana Baja California.
At 24 years old, Munguía he remains undefeated with a record of 37 wins with 30 of them by knockout.
Pinkish, 35, has the experience on his side, but with a mark of 26 wins, 13 losses and a draw.
In his last two presentations, the Puerto Rican surprised after losing a tough decision divided with Daniel jacobs and get a withering knockout of the Uzbek Melikuziev.

Munguía rejected Derevyachenko
Dan Rafael reported that Jaime Munguía turned down the WBC eliminator against Sergiy Derevyachenko, in order to fight Rosado.
“According to the source, Munguía is going in another direction and co-promoter Zanfer informed the WBC that they will not participate,” Dan Rafael posted. “Munguía, co-promoted by Golden Boy, has been linked to a DAZN fight against Gabe Rosado.”
Now, his path to the championship in the current possession of Jemall Charlo will have to wait and the Mexican will face the challenge against Rosado to continue to gain confidence at 160 pounds.
