The Mexican bantamweight Alexander perez returned to the path of victory in the UFC.
This Saturday afternoon, ‘Turbo‘submitted the Brazilian in two rounds Johnny Eduardo in the preliminaries of UFC Fight Night: Santos vs. Walker at APEX in Las Vegas.
After a first round full of exchanges, Perez managed to corner a punished Johnny Eduardo at the gate and eventually took his back.
Perez worked from that favorable position, punishing the Brazilian and seeking submission, until he found his way to a lever to arm to force the Brazilian to surrender, taking the victory.
With this triumph, Perez ends a two-game losing streak, improving his record to 22-8-1It is also his first finish since knocking out Matthew Lopez with his knees and punches in April 2018.
It was the first losing streak of Perez inside of the UFC.

For its part, Johnny Eduardo it stalled at 28-13 with three consecutive setbacks, all due to completion.
