Simona Halep’s defeat at the hands of Aliaksandra Sasnovich in Indian Wells was not an end point. It meant a calendar and itinerary correction for the next few weeks.
The Romanian player continues her way back to the circuit and for this she does not need anything other than hours on the court and games for the points.
Halep, who planned a longer stay in California, will play the Moscow tournament from next week thanks to an invitation granted by the tournament director, Alexei Selivanenko.
