San Pablo announced this Wednesday that Hernán Crespo ceased to be the coach of the Brazilian giant, after just eight months in office. And hours later he confirmed the return of the historic Rogerio Ceni as a replacement.
With a statement on their social networks, the Tricolor affirmed that the departure of the Argentine DT was “by mutual agreement” with the directive and with him the entire coaching staff composed of Juan Branda (technical assistant), Alejandro Kohan and Gustavo Sato (physical trainers), Gustavo Nepote (goalkeeper coach) and Tobías Kohan (performance analyst).
San Pablo reports that in the eight months as DT, Crespo led the team in winning the Paulista Championship, in 53 games, with 24 victories, 19 draws and ten defeats, obtaining 57.23% of the points. . The team was also commanded in four other games by assistant Juan Branda, when the Argentine was recovering from Covid-19.
