With almost ten years as a professional boxer and the last three world champion, Emanuel “Vaquero” Navarrete is on the radar of legendary Mexican world champions like Carlos Zarate and Alfonso Zamora, the second who even sees him as idol wood.

Navarrete He debuted as a professional boxer on February 18, 2012 and to date has a 34-1, 29 record by way of knockout. Questioned if Navarrete would be among his candidates to be an idol, he made it clear that it will be difficult for someone to fill the shoes of boxers of the size of Raúl “Mouse” Macías, Rubén “Púas” Olivares or Julio Cesar Chavez, but he recognized the effort that the Cowboy and other champions.

“Right now there aren’t any of those idols,” he says.
