Baez won and reached the final of the Santiago Challenger

Sebastián Baez (140 °) beat Tomás Barrios Vera (154 °) by 3-6, 6-3 and 6-4, in two hours and eight minutes of play, and reached the final of the Challenger in Santiago de Chile. In the definition he will collide with the Brazilian Felipe Meligeni (205 °).

With this triumph, The Argentine made it to his seventh Challenger final of the season, winning all six of the semi-finals he played, and extended his record against Chileans to 6-0. Meligeni, the other finalist, beat his compatriot Matheus Pucinelli de Almeida (315 °) by 6-2, 6-4.
