France returns to the podium, Brazil puts pressure on Belgium in the FIFA Ranking

The France team returned to the podium of the FIFA world rankings after winning the Nations League by beating Spain in the final, which rises to seventh position to the detriment of Portugal, while Belgium continues in the lead but harassed by Brazil.

Didier Deschamps’ team won the second edition of the new European tournament in Italy after beating the Belgian team in the semifinal in Turin and the Spanish team in Milan, and between its progression and that of the ‘azzurra’, now fourth, England go down to the fifth rung, just ahead of Argentina, which remains sixth.

Spain snatched the seventh position from Portugal, Germany, already qualified for Qatar 2022, rose to twelfth and Uruguay starred in the biggest drop within the ‘top 20’ by falling three places and finishing 15th.

Peru, which continues with its irregular gait in the Qualifiers, lost 3 places and now occupies the 24th place.

Belgium retains command despite losing in the League of Nations to France and Italy. Brazil takes advantage of it to get closer to just twelve points.
