Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. received a three-year suspension for the Nevada Commission for refusing to take an anti-doping test in October 2019, according to Jake donovan from Boxing Scene.

On Wednesday, October 20, a panel of five people voted in favor of the sanction proposed by Mike detmer, deputy prosecutor of Nevada, on behalf of the director of the Nevada Athletic Commission, Bob Bennett.

The suspension will last until October 24, 2022, in addition to the fact that he will have to pay more than $ 3,000 in fine and will have to undergo an anti-doping program for the sanction to be lifted.
