Leeds United vs. Leicester City - Game Report - November 7, 2021

(EFE) .- Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds United continues to take small steps to improve its position in the table and this Sunday they added their third consecutive game in the Premier League without losing, against Leicester City (1-1).

The ‘Whites’ went ahead thanks to a goal from Brazilian international Raphinha, but Harvey Barnes immediately leveled, just a minute later, quickly cutting off the joy of Bielsa’s men.

It could have been worse for Leeds because in the second half the VAR canceled the 1-2 to Ademola Lookman for offside. He held the tie at Elland Road and although the point does not help Leeds to escape from the bottom of the table, it allows them to add three games without losing.

Those of Bielsa are fifteenth, with 11 points, 3 above the relegation zone, while Leicester fails to get close to Europe and is twelfth with 15 points.
