South Africa defeated Wales 23-18 in Cardiff

The Springboks they beat Welsh by 23-18 in his presentation of the November international window. A very hard-working party, in all its lines, of the South African team to win the conquest as a visitor.

The initial part was very even, both teams made few errors in defense and that meant that the spaces in the game were reduced. In the first half, Dan Biggar scored four accessible penalties, while Handres Pollard did not want to lose footprint and did so on 3 opportunities.

In the complement, the rain stopped and prevented the carrying of the ball. This would be a point in favor of South Africa but Dan Biggar took advantage of a penalty and stretched the difference 15 to 9, in favor of Wales.

The Springboks’ comeback came from experienced Frans Steyn who kicked a 54-meter penalty, and then Handre Pollard did the same to tie the game. However, an indiscipline penalty in the ruck allowed Dan Biggar to again stretch the lead 18-15.

In closing, the formula that best suits the Boks, the line and the maul, he capitalized on with an agonizing try by Malcolm Marx. Finally, Elton Jantjies converted a penalty and sealed the victory by 23 to 18.
