Paulo Dybala underwent medical studies with Juventus

Juventus striker Paulo Dybala underwent medical checks on Thursday at J Medical, a clinic owned by his team, to study a calf problem suffered during training with the Argentine National Team.

After finish the qualifying round match for the Qatar World Cup 2022 against Uruguay, Dybala returned to Turin aboard a private plane and went to the J Medical in the Italian afternoon, as seen in videos that circulate on the internet.

At the end of the exams, Dybala reassured the fans present and told them that he feels “good”, although it is possible that coach Massimiliano Allegri decides not to line him up next Saturday in the league game against Lazio to avoid relapses.

Medical examinations ruled out serious injuries, but did detect muscle overload, the Italian media report.

Dybala, who turned 28 on November 15, played eleven games and scored six goals this season, three in Serie A and three in the UEFA Champions League.

The most likely date for Dybala to return to compete is next Tuesday, when Juventus will play at Stamford Bridge against Chelsea for the first position in group H of the Champions League.
