There are no Argentines left in the WTA 125 in Montevideo

At the Carrasco Lawn Tennis Club there are no Argentines left. Because both Paula Ormaechea (214th) and María Lourdes Carlé (251st) lost in the second round of the WTA 125 in Montevideo.

The one born in Sunchales fell with the Colombian Emiliana Arango (267th) by 6-4 and 6-1, and the one from Daireaux with the 16-year-old Victoria Jimenez Kasintseva, left-handed tennis player and number one in youth, by 7-6 (10), 5-7 and 7-5.

The tournament, which celebrates its first edition, only has two South American women left: the aforementioned Arango and the Brazilian Laura Pigossi (218th).
