URBA Top 12: ALMOST beat Buenos Aires 40-28

ALMOST beat Buenos Aires in a game full of emotions 40-28, for the last date of the second round of the URBA Top 12.

In the beginning, the local stood up and exerted pressure on the CASI to force the errors. Francisco Lamensa opened the scoring with a great team play. Consequently, the proposed game came a maul try, through Tomás Rosasco, his hooker. With a long-distance penalty, Agustín Peirano stretched the difference 17 to 0.

In the last minutes the Academy reacted with two tries in a row, Felipe Probaos was the first and then Benjamin Belaga cut himself in the middle of the court to assist Agustín Figuerola, so the score was shortened and was 17 to 14. Similarly, Periano with a penalty closed the first half 20 to 14.

The complement was opened by Agustín Posleman, for La Academia, who entered the ingoal wearing everything. While Agustín Lamensa leaked into defense to support his try and overtake his team again.

The indiscipline began to appear. Buenos Aires in a short time was left with two less players, for the yellow Agustín Lamensa and Joaquín Pellandini. In the middle, the forwards built a maul and the one in charge of supporting the try was Juan Torres Obeid.

Near the end, the CASI reversed the roles and put pressure on the premises and managed to take advantage of it, as the referee sentenced a penalty try for a string of penalties. Then, due to an excessive game, Tomás Carman saw the red card, although this did not prevent the visit from wanting to continue adding. Luca Canzani saw the space and supported the last try of the match.
