To such a good closing is added the fact that the current national and Caribbean champions ended up taking all the honors of Player of the Week, due to the excellent performances of Zoilo almonte and Wendolyn Bautista.

In the case of To the mountain, it ended up taking the award as “Batter of the Week”For his important offensive contribution during the past week. He finished with nine hits in 16 at-bats, for a .562 batting average. His on-base percentage (OBP) was .600 and his slugging percentage (SLG) was .875, good for a 1.475 OPS. Additionally, he homered and drove in six runs, while scoring three times.
This has been the best offensive week of Zoilo almonte since he began his participation in the current tournament and in general terms, one of the best in his last years at LIDOM.
Baptist was recognized as “Pitcher of the Week”After a superb performance that spanned two games. In eight innings worked during the past week, he allowed only three hits and granted three transfers while striking out seven batters, this symbolizes an average of walks and hits per inning pitched (WHIP) of 0.75.
