Dalvin Cook was seriously sore after Givens’ blow

Minnesota Vikings star running back Dalvin Cook left the game in San Francisco in the service cart due to an apparent blow to the shoulder. The extent of the injury is unknown.

At the end of the third quarter, Cook was rammed by Kevin Givens who also forced the fumble that was left in favor of the San Francisco 49ers. The Vikings player was lying on the grass while his teammates and rivals knelt in solidarity. The cart entered through Cook.

Cook had 10 carries for 39 yards, plus another 64 for six receptions. It was replaced by Alexander mattison.

This week, after eight games started, Cook had 734 yards after 161 carries and four touchdowns.
