ATLANTA (AP) – Atlanta Hawks point guard Bogdan Bogdanovic will miss at least two weeks after testing on Sunday confirmed he sprained his right ankle in the game against the New York Knicks.
Bogdanovic had to be helped off the court midway through the second period in Saturday’s 99-90 loss to New York. He no longer returned.
The Hawks said Sunday’s MRI confirmed the sprain and that they will have an update on the player’s condition in about two weeks.
Forward Cam Reddish also left the game against the Knicks in the second quarter after aggravating his left wrist injury.
The Hawks haven’t ruled out Reddish for Wednesday’s game against Indiana. The team indicated that they will determine Reddish’s situation by taking into consideration how he responds to treatment.
