The offender has been sentenced to five years in prison for robbery, according to a London court
Gabriel, a Arsenal footballer, prevented his car from being stolen after fighting with a man armed with a bat.
The Brazilian defender was followed by three people to his home in North London. They asked him to give them the car keys, but Gabriel refused and fought with one of the thieves, who attacked him with a bat.
This person, named Abdi Muse, 26, has been sentenced to five years in prison for robbery, according to a London court.
Despite the fact that after the fight, Muse managed to take his car keys, he could not take the vehicle, which was left in the garage of Gabriel.
It is not the first time that an incident of this style has happened to a footballer of the Arsenal. In 2019, Sead Kolasinac and Mesut Özil were attacked when they were in the same vehicle. Kolasinac attacked the robbers and they fled.
