(EFE) – Serbian Dusan Vlahovic, the top scorer in Serie A with 13 goals, chained his fourth consecutive game with a goal this Sunday and contributed to Fiorentina’s 3-2 away win against Bologna with which his team met ranked fifth in the table, in UEFA Europa League spots.
Following Milan’s brace and victories against Empoli and Sampdoria, Vlahovic extended his scoring streak to return Fiorentina to an away win that had been missing since 26 September.
The Firenze team, in which the Argentine Nicolás González gave the assistance for the momentary 1-0 of the Moroccan Youssef Maleh, beat the Roma of the Portuguese José Mourinho and was placed 7 points behind Atalanta, fourth classified.
The 21-year-old Vlahovic was decisive again with his 30th goal in 2021. The Serbian striker, one of the most coveted on the market, has already scored 13 goals in the current Serie A and has two more than Ciro Immobile, second in the table of the top scorers.
He scored 3-1, after Maleh and a major foul by Cristiano Biraghi had given his team a 2-1 lead. He knocked down Bologna who came to this meeting in great shape, after adding four victories in the last five games.
Bologna had achieved the momentary 1-1 thanks to Gambian Musa Barrow, while Scottish defender Aaron Hickey scored the 2-3, which did not serve to add points.
