Talleres announced Ángel Guillermo Hoyos as his new DT

Ángel Guillermo Hoyos was made official this Thursday as the new coach of Talleres de Córdoba, replacing Alexander Medina.

The Cordovan signed a contract until December 2022 and is already integrated into the preseason work. He will be in charge of commanding the albiazul first team in the triple competition: Professional League Cup, Argentina Cup and Conmebol Libertadores Cup.

The T club explained the coach’s choice for his professional training, human qualities, knowledge of Argentine football, commitment to training development, work capacity, leadership style and his identification and commitment to the Club.

The 58-year-old coach has vast experience in different leagues around the world. The former T midfielder began his career as coach in the second team of Barcelona in Spain, and then went through Greek, United States, Cypriot, Chilean, Bolivian and Colombian soccer. In the country he only led workshops in 2014.

In 2011 he became champion of the Bolivian League together with Club Bolívar, while in 2017 he was crowned with the University of Chile.
